Using the IOS 8 Operating System.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Find and\u00a0click\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00a0on your iPhone<\/li>\n
  2. Scroll down and select\u00a0Mail Contacts and Calendars.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0Add Account.

  4. Select\u00a0Other.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Select\u00a0Add Mail Account.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. You will now be asked to enter some details about your email service.\n
      \n
    • Name:<\/strong>\u00a0Your name that will be displayed on outgoing email messages<\/li>\n
    • Email Address:<\/strong>\u00a0Your full email address<\/li>\n
    • Password:<\/strong>\u00a0Your email account password<\/li>\n
    • Description:<\/strong>\u00a0A name will automatically appear (you can change it if you don\u2019t like it)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Select\u00a0POP3.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Enter the following Incoming Mail Server<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Outgoing Mail Server<\/strong>\u00a0information as follow\u00a0and press\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0when finished.\n

      • Incoming Mail Server\u00a0<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Host Name:<\/strong>\u00a0mail.mydomain.com (be sure to input your actual domain name)<\/li>\n
        • User name:<\/strong>\u00a0The Full email address you are trying to connect to<\/li>\n
        • Password:<\/strong>\u00a0The password to that email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Outgoing Mail Server<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Host Name:<\/strong>\u00a0mail.mydomain.com (be sure to input your actual domain name)<\/li>\n
          • User name:<\/strong>\u00a0The Full email address you are trying to connect to<\/li>\n
          • Password:<\/strong>\u00a0The password to that email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • If\u00a0you receive a message that the iPhone\u00a0Cannot Connect Using SSL<\/strong>\u00a0click the\u00a0Yes<\/strong>\u00a0button to try without SSL.<\/li>\n
          • Turn\u00a0Mail<\/strong>\u00a0syncing\u00a0ON<\/strong>.\u00a0Optionally, you may also turn on Notes syncing.\u00a0When finished, click the\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0button to continue.<\/li>\n
          • The account will verify and you will be taken back to the main screen for Mail, Contacts, Calendars and see your newly set up account listed there.\u00a0The setup is complete. But we have to\u00a0verify<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0Incoming Mail Server<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Outgoing Mail Servers<\/strong>\u00a0Port<\/strong>\u00a0Numbers. Select newly created email account.<\/li>\n
          • Select\u00a0POP3<\/strong>\u00a0Account.<\/li>\n
          • Scroll Down and Select Outgoing Mail Server\u00a0SMTP.

          • Select\u00a0Primary Server.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • You will now have to update some\u00a0SMTP Outgoing Mail Server<\/strong>\u00a0details about your email service. Enter the details and then tap\u00a0Done.<\/strong>\n

            • Host Name:<\/strong>\u00a0mail.mydomain.com (be sure to input your actual domain name)<\/li>\n
            • User name:<\/strong>\u00a0The Full email address you are trying to connect to<\/li>\n
            • Password:<\/strong>\u00a0The password to that email address<\/li>\n
            • USE SSL:<\/strong>\u00a0OFF<\/li>\n
            • Authentication:<\/strong>\u00a0Password<\/li>\n
            • Server Port:<\/strong>\u00a0587<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • We have to verify\u00a0Incoming Mail Server<\/strong>\u00a0Ports. Please Select\u00a0Advanced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • You will now have to update some\u00a0Incoming Mail Servers<\/strong>\u00a0details about your email service. Enter the details and then tap\u00a0Account<\/strong>.<\/strong>\n

              • Authentication:<\/strong>\u00a0Password<\/li>\n
              • Delete From Server:<\/strong>\u00a0Never<\/li>\n
