If you do not want to keep any messages on the server, select the POP3 option. Selecting IMAP will also allow you to train the SpamAssassin spam filter on email messages you receive if SpamAssassin is enabled on the server.<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\"><strong>Incoming mail server.<\/strong> Type mail.example.com<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\"><strong>Outgoing mail server (SMTP)<\/strong>.Type mail.example.com<br \/>\n(so if your domain name is elitepolls.com, then you would put \u201cmail.elitepolls.com\u201d there).<\/li>\n<li class=\"listbullet2\"><strong>User Name.<\/strong>\u00a0Specify your full email address.
