If you have the design or develop your website yourself, or hire a web designer to do it for you, you need to upload the website content to Plesk before the website becomes available on the Internet. Plesk gives you the option to upload content using the Plesk file manager. The instructions below explain how to do it.<\/p>\n

To upload a website using Plesk file manager:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. On your computer, add the folder containing your website\u2019s files to a .ZIP archive.<\/li>\n
  2. In Plesk Control Panel, go to the\u00a0Files<\/strong>\u00a0tab, click the httpdocs<\/strong>\u00a0folder to open it, click\u00a0Upload, select the archive file, and click\u00a0Open.<\/li>\n
  3. Once the file has been uploaded, click the checkbox next to it, click the\u00a0More<\/strong>\u00a0button, and select the\u00a0Extract Files<\/strong>\u00a0option.
